The Arrival
New York was our destination, and our visit was an opportunity to put compassion into action. With the PMJC team in the city, we looked forward to a meaningful time of service and sharing.
The Rain Came, But So Did We
It was a rainy day in New York. The weather was far from ideal, but it did not stop the PMJC team from going out to share the love of Jesus Christ. We were there with a purpose: To serve, To give, and To connect with people through a simple act of kindness and nothing was enough to hinder us.
Sharing a Meal, Sharing Love
With packs of food prepared, the team went out to serve people in the community.
As the team served and people received their meals, there was satisfaction written all over the faces that came around. The outreach suddenly became a practical expression of love. It was an opportunity to share the little we had and extend kindness, even on a day when the rain could easily have changed our plans.
A Quiet Sense Of Fulfilment
As the food-sharing came to an end, the empty trays quietly spoke for themselves. For the PMJC team, seeing the food gone brought a deep sense of joy and fulfilment. We were grateful to have been able to meet a need, share a meal, and serve others in a simple but meaningful way.

Sometimes, showing love begins with something simple: being present, offering a meal, and taking the time to serve others. Through this food-sharing outreach in New York, PMJC continued its commitment to expressing the love of Jesus through practical acts of compassion.
